Responsibilities / Accomplishments:
- Responsible for developing human resources policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitoring the recruiting and selection process, professional performance evaluation process, training process and payroll.
- Implementing succession planning and internal promotions.
- Developing the compensation & benefits programs.
- Establishing and handling the salary policies.
- Establishing the yearly budget for fixed and variable costs for the employees.
- Analyzing the KPI's for all the HR process (absenteeism rate, turnover rate).
- Developing the HR local team.
- 5+ years of experience in managing teams and multiple HR functional areas required.
- Proactive individual with drive and ambition to support the business during growth.
- Strong organizational skills.
- English advanced level is mandatory, italian is optional.
