Responsibilities / Accomplishments:

• Responsible for developing human resources policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitoring the recruiting and selection process, professional performance evaluation process, training process and payroll.
• Implementing succession planning and internal promotions.
• Developing the compensation & benefits programs.
• Establishing and handling the salary policies.
• Establishing the yearly budget for fixed and variable costs for the employees.
• Analyzing the KPI's for all the HR process (absenteeism rate, turnover rate).
• Developing the HR local team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing teams and multiple HR functional areas required.
• Proactive individual with drive and ambition to support the business during growth.
• Strong organizational skills.
• English advanced level is mandatory, italian is optional.
