Job Overview:
The Company is providing a software to the construction industry to monitor & analyze the construction process using images from the construction sites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administrative assistance in operations of the company
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, orders and maintaining part of payment processes and records
- Office system maintenance
- Birthday presents, teambuilding and workshops planning
- Involvement in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Assistance in performance management processes
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Human Resource Management
Required skills:
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Experience on similar positions is not required but it's a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills - mainly google sheets word & excel
- Strong ethics and reliabilityInterest in software industry (software skills are a bonus)
- Delivery management skills
