Job Overview: 

The Company is providing a software to the construction industry to monitor & analyze the construction process using images from the construction sites.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Administrative assistance in operations of the company
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, orders and maintaining part of payment processes and records
  • Office system maintenance
  • Birthday presents, teambuilding and workshops planning
  • Involvement in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Assistance in performance management processes
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Human Resource Management

Required skills:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Experience on similar positions is not required but it's a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills - mainly google sheets word & excel
  • Strong ethics and reliabilityInterest in software industry (software skills are a bonus)
  • Delivery management skills
