Our Company is looking for a candidate who will become a part of our team for the position HR Officer
Job description and line of supervision:
Will be responsible for providing support with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. Reports to the HR Coordinator and HR Manager.
The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Perform daily payroll department operations.
- Monitors overtime hours and rescheduling
- Establishes personnel file.
- Prepares Annexes and Contracts and performs registering/deregistering employees
- Actively participates in implementation and logistics of performance management for employees.
- Administration and recordkeeping of all employees’ compensation and benefits related files.
- Issuance of various receipts on employees’ request.
- Cares about vacation days and prepares Resolutions
- Design and organize the HR filing system.
- Gathering necessary documents for employees’ personal files.
- Preparation of reports for number of employees, absences and fired and new employees monthly under the rules of the group.
- Take the place in different projects of Department, with one purpose-motivating the employees.
- Selection process for all new employees and all steps for further employment of all employees
- Regular maintain of administrative documentation for all employees connected with the contract, annex, transfer
- Supports in all processes in HR Department to ensure continuous work
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
• University degree. VI or VII degree
• Knowledge of KRONOS, internal administrative system of KSSR-Kr.
• Good knowledge of Labour Law and Employment Rulebook.
• Good knowledge of company regulations and obligations of the Employer.
• Good communication and rhetorical skills.
• Good visual and presentation capabilities.
• Proper action in conflict situations.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
