HR Recruiter

InStantOffice, a company providing marketing and recruiting services in the U.S. market, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in the Belgrade office as an HR Recruiter. Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruiting process in the logistics and transportation industry in the U.S., including:

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, job platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, etc.
• Screening resumes, reviewing, and selecting incoming applications
• Contacting new candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their qualifications
• Performing reference and background checks
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinating with clients to address their hiring needs
• Monitoring market trends and innovations in marketing, AI, and recruitment in the U.S.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal English skills
• Preferably a degree in social sciences (human resources, psychology, or a related field)
• Passion for recruiting, marketing, and sales
• Experience in human resources or recruiting in the transportation industry is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM systems and other recruitment tools
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
