We are looking for a proactive individuals to fulfill the position of HR Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Create job descriptions and post job openings to appropriate Internet sources
- Sourcing and prescreening of candidates for various positions, building network of qualified candidates
- Create recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Checking references, final short-listing as well as follow up
- Contacting selected candidates for a particular position and arrangement
- Building, managing and maintaining the databases of candidates
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Excellent skills with all internet platforms and social networks
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Punctuality, responsibility and ability for multitasking
- Skills in database management, record keeping and social networks
- Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment
- Up to 1-year experience in sourcing, recruitment and hiring
- Have experience in administration
