HR Services Specialist

Location: Belgrade

In this position, you will be part of HR Services team supporting our headquarters in Switzerland. You will be responsible for performing all administrative activities in relation to employee life cycle ensuring quality and efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and administer all HR relevant processes/services (onboarding, current employment, offboarding)
• Manage and maintain employee data in Success Factors and provide appropriate documents (joiners, transfers, promotion, secondments, change of working hours, reorganizations, leavers, etc.)
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders about the employees’ changes
• Act as a first point of contact for all employees’ queries via ticketing system
• Create, maintain and revise work instructions
• Support the continuous improvement of HR Processes

Your profile:

• Min 2-3 years of work experience on similar roles in multinational environment
• Strong communication skills
• Trustworthy with attention to details and strong service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English, German is advantage
