To support our growth path, we are looking for an HR Specialist - HR Admin to join our core team in Belgrade.

As an HR Specialist, you would be in charge of HR personnel data and files, working closely with stakeholders from different departments within and outside of InterVenture. If you've got the knack for organisation, documentation, legal aspects of the HR journey coupled with a flare for data-driven approach - do not hesitate to join us in this amazing adventure.

Your profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration/HR Specialist role
  • Experience in working with stakeholders of different seniority and background
  • Experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Serbian
  • Able to work diligently and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Serbian Labor Law is considered as an advantage

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare all necessary legal HR documents (employment contracts, annexes, resolutions on vacation and similar)
  • Organise, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires contracts and documentation, terminations, sick leaves, vacation, and days off
  • Ensure statutory / employment law and company policy compliance
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Take care of and create documentation and contracts for external stakeholders
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turn over rates)
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves, absences, sick days and work schedules)
