Since 1959, ERENLI KAUCUK (Turkish company) has been providing rubber parts production to the automotive sector as Tier 1 and Tier 2, and has been providing services to its customers with engineering and testing competencies through its R & D center certificate obtained in 2016. In 2021 ERENLI KUCUK founded ERENLI DOO Leskovac to continue the activity, increase the production capacity and get closer to the customers.
Position
We are searching for HR Specialist to accelerate the growth of our team.
Job description
- Provides data necessary for workforce planning and supports related work
- Salary and compensation calculation
- Collects, registers and files all documents related to job applications received via website, e-mail or in person
- Initiates the process of searching and selecting candidates according to the needs of the management
- Registers and archives data after interviews in order to make selection of the best candidates for filling specific positions
- Conducts interviews with workers either independently or in the presence of the department director
- Records and submits all legally required operations related to employment, as well as submits all insurance applications and cancellations on time. Prepares the payroll and submits it for approval. Receives and submits reports on time
- Prepares personal files and follows all rules and all necessary procedures so that the documentation is complete
- Saves and updates all data on changes both in written and electronic form. Also protects confidential personal data and takes all precautions to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing such data
- Prepares a training plan in accordance with the company's quality system, procedures and regulations and submits it for adoption
- Cooperates with department managers and organizations that conduct training in order to organize training in accordance with the adopted training plan. It reviews the current training systems in order to evaluate them, and renew them if necessary. Publishes company and employee announcements through appropriate media
- Provides support for all activities related to employees in accordance with company procedures and regulations
- Suggestion system activities and encourages people to participate
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist, at least two years
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Good problem-solving abilities
- BSc/MSc in Psychology, Law, Economics or relevant HR field
