Joorney specializes in the creation of immigration and commercial business plans and documents such as investment studies, pitch decks, and financial models. The majority of our services are provided to clients operating or aiming to operate in the North American and Australian markets.
You will join our team in the Balkans of over 150 colleagues spread across offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Banja Luka, and Skopje. You will collaborate with our HR team members as well as the regional executive team to maintain our company culture and implement strategies in line with the company's growth plans.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or a higher degree level
- Outstanding English skills [you will work in an international environment]
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- At least one year of experience in the non-administrative HR field [ideally with experience in recruiting in a services-related industry as well]
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in working in start-up companies and fast-growing systems, as well as experience with working in international teams will be considered an advantage
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall company culture through day-to-day communication with employees
- Participate in the implementation of employee retention strategies
- Identify areas in need of improvement within the organization and propose solutions
- Support the team and the leadership in organizational development in line with the company’s growth strategy
- Advocate for, track and assess employee career growth on an individual level via continuous education and professional development
- Organize and participate in employee reviews to further track employee career growth
- Implement policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Prepare, analyze and act on HR analytics, including HR KPIs
- Conduct employee counseling
- Prepare written reports for the executive team
