You will be:
- Part of the international HR team, with local teammates from Belgrade, who will provide support services for employment life-cycle activities such as talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, performance management, and general company policy questions
- Updating employee records and supporting organizational changes in our HR systems
- First level support for our employees and managers with their queries related to people matters and policies
- Manages and protects sensitive & confidential information
- Contribute to the continuous development of our ways of working, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for automation & digitalization
- Stays abreast of HR best practices, employment laws, and developing technologies to drive continuous improvement and compliance in changing landscape
- Manage Recruiting projects autonomously (definition of search strategy, creation of job descriptions, placement of advertisements, interviewing, applicant management, active sourcing)
- Creates and utilizes suitable templates, processes, and correspondence for routine and unique employment situations
- Manages priorities and effectively adjusts based on volume and business necessity; engaging with management for guidance or approvals
Your profile:
- At least an advanced/graduate diploma or degree, ideally in Human Resource, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Ideally, 3+ years of working experience in HR team- Specialist or Generalist role, recruitment experience would be a plus
- Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with line management, employees, and HR team at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Creative, solution oriented, and able to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Serbian and English
