Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the project.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare reports for management per request.
- Advise management on complex HR-related issues and support them in decision-making.
- Support preparation documents for unified residence and work permits for foreigners in R Serbia.
- Cooperate with relevant Departments concerning HR topics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources (preference is given to candidates with experience in construction and infrastructure projects).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Serbia.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Serbian native speaker fluent in English
