We are looking for a new colleague in our HR Department!
HR Systems and Reporting Specialist
Your Tasks:
- In charge of full cycle of HRIS implementation and acts as a key point of contact for all HRIS related matters
- Works with both stakeholders and suppliers to gather and analyze business requirements and leads the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the HR system
- Organizing training, develops user procedures and guidelines. Trains new system users on new processes/functionalities
- In charge of maintaining the system, implementing process improvement ensuring data quality
- Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes
- Provides support to the HR team, as well as department managers on all HR reporting and system matters
- Develops and maintains standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards and comments the most important trends
- Maintains strong relationships with colleagues to understand team’s and company’s objectives so the reporting is relevant and useful
Your profile:
- Successfully completed University degree in a field of Finance, IT, Business Administration or similar
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferable within automotive industry or similar production systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (with advanced knowledge of MS Excel)
- Experience in SAP (or any other HRIS) implementation
- Passionate systems, processes, and analytics
- Fluent English language skills
- Independence in work, high organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proven experience in process improvement
