Mikkelsen Electronics, a family owned manufacturing and trading company, established in 1971. with head office in Denmark, and a subsidiary in Nis mainly focused on cable harnesses and assembly, is looking for a HR assistant.
Job description - main tasks:
- Conducting the process of selection and recruitment of candidates as well as communication with superiors regarding the needs and conditions of employment
- Preparation of contracts and other documentation required for registration and deregistration of employees
- Registration and deregistration of employees
- Keeping records of employees
- Monitoring and regular reporting on HR indicators (absence, fluctuation, feedback from interviews / interviews / surveys in order to improve general working conditions)
- Preparation of orders, decisions and calculations of business trips
- Coordinating and keeping records of annual leave, overtime work, pregnancy and maternity leave, as well as sick leave
- Issuance of certificates to employees for the needs of external institutions
- Prepares the necessary documentation for the finance and accounting sector
- Preparation of data for calculation and payment of salaries
- Calculation and posting of salaries, with the associated benefits in accordance with legal regulations
- Preparation and submission of tax applications
- Preparation of various reports related to salaries
- Monitoring and implementation of relevant legal and tax regulations related to salaries and HR
- Timely and quality reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration
- Regular exchange of information with other teams for joint development
- Performing other tasks as ordered by a superior
- Promote company culture and train employees in accordance with the 4 core values of the company; suggest to the superior activities for improvement in this field
Must-haves and Nice-to-haves:
- University degree is a must, preferably in economic or law field
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken) is a must
- Computer literacy is a must (MS Office, MS Dynamics)
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar positions is desirable
- Good knowledge of labor laws and personal income taxes
