Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00-19:00 (part time employment is possible)
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Preparing monthly payroll and HR budget
- Collaborating with insurance companies and legal entities
Requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 1-year working experience as an HR Specialist/HR-admin
- Solid understanding of labor legislation of Serbia and payroll process
- Fluent or Intermediate English (your language level should be enough for intercompany communication)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
