We are looking for an experienced and motivated Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving all aspects of occupational health and safety, employee well-being, fire protection, and environmental protection in accordance with national laws and international standards.

Job Description (Responsibilities):

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular workplace risk assessments and inspections
• Organize and coordinate safety and health training for employees
• Prepare reports on workplace incidents and propose preventive and corrective actions
• Collaborate with management on safety improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, standards, and internal policies
• Monitor environmental parameters and prepare regular reports
• Promote sustainability practices within the company
• Develop and maintain fire protection and evacuation plans
• Organize fire drills and training for employees
• Coordinate with fire departments and relevant authorities
• Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment and systems
• Maintain records of all HSE-related incidents and activities
• Provide regular reports to management on HSE status
• Stay up to date with relevant laws, standards and best practices
• Advise employees on HSE compliance and new regulations

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE roles
• University degree in occupational safety, environmental engineering, fire protection, or similar
• Certification for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Upper intermediate level of English
