We are searching for: Head of Controlling Adriatic
The Head of Controlling Adria is management partner that supports the operations in the markets in the Adriatic region, which include markets of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo.
Job Objectives
Coordinates the annual and multiannual planning process, including Capex , in line with Group planning procedure and timeline.
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the Management Reporting Pack (Actual vs Budget on Volumes, Margins, Opex, Capex, Working Capital, Market Shares) in the format and content prescribed by the Group.
Supports business operations with financial analysis, interpretation and opinion from the finance perspective
Job Description
- Supporting Country managers in decision making proces and overseeing relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Coordinating planning and budgeting process for all the countries in the Adriatic region, in the defined timeline and reporting format.
- Making the 5 year business plans, with various scenarios that support business decision making process.
- Preparation of monthly reports to management (Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Cash Flow) and providing the company's management information on profitability, through constant analysis of prices, discounts, operating costs and etc. The management reports are prepared on a country and on a consolidated level of financial information.
- Coordination with the accounting agencies and departments of our business partners in receiving financial information accuratelly and in time.
- Coordination with the company employees in the markets with regards to sales, supply chain, and marketing operations.
- Reviewing periodically whether the financial data received is prepared in accordance with Group Chart of Account aligned between the all companies.
- Included in the company projects for implementing new software related to the improvement in reporting, project management and cost control.
- Provides correctly and within the established deadlines the information requested by the hierarchical superior.
Required Candidate Competencies:
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in business modeling and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a controlling, financial analysis or audit and advisory roles.
- Proven track record of financial management and leadership.
- Professional qualifications are considered as a plus.
