Head of Customer Service (m/f)
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Center point for all customers’ inquiries, resolving issues or complaints.
- Sales: Promotion and salesof the Bank products and services
- Team Leadership: Supervise cashiers, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Cash Management: Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing tills, managing cash drawers, and preparing bank deposits.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.
- Training: Provide ongoing training and support for new and existing staff.
Requirements:
- A minimum three years of the relevant working experience (the same or similar position)
- Fluency in English mandatory while fluency in Russian is considered as an advantage
- Customer orientation & attention for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and make decisions quickly
- Effective and efficient time management and tasks' prioritizing
