Who are we?

The German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Serbia) is a part of the worldwide network of bilateral German Chambers of Commerce abroad (AHK). We are the largest bilateral membership organization in Serbia and we are promoting the development of German-Serbian business relations. “Lifelong Learning and Vocational Training” is one of our strategic priorities for the next years. The main focus of our current training programmes lies in the sphere of sustainable and green business.

We need you – the new Head of our „Lifelong Learning and Vocational Training” department.

You are a strong personality with a proven track record in the educational sphere, especially in successfully developing commercial projects related to the field of professional training.

What tasks do you have to do?

• Leading and developing the department’s team
• Further developing and improving the Chamber’s training programmes and services
• Enhance the commercial success of our training offers
• Enhance the marketing of our training programmes jointly with the marketing and PR department
• Develop advisory services to companies in the field of vocational training
• Acquisition of publicly financed projects in the field of lifelong learning and professional education

What should you bring along?

• Experience in the field of commercial professional training
• Experience in leading a small, but dynamic team
• Strong project management skills
• Active knowledge of English (additional German language would be an advantage)
• High digital awareness and literacy
• Experience with sustainability topics and vocational/dual education
• Socially intelligent person
