Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for banks project delivery and process optimization;
- Facilitate Corporate Project Portfolio Management process in all required aspects;
- Facilitate Process Management within organization and support continuous process management improvement activities;
- Responsible for Change management administration;
- Manage and/or coordinate specific projects/programs in order to meet required Project/Program Benefits;
- Responsible for the direction of very large project with major sub-projects or a program of interrelated projects, ensuring integration, coordination, timing and consistency of process throughout;
- Tracking and reporting on performance of project portfolio on the Company level;
- Support continuous Portfolio and Project management methodology improvement activities.
- Support process improvements and standardization across the organization using best practice techniques and methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, Voice of the Customer)
- Provide hands-on team facilitation, coaching, mentoring and/or training and process improvement subject matter expertise to process/product owners.
- Develop and maintain Business Process Management System
- Develop, maintain, improve and insure efficient execution of Corporate Portfolio management process and its related components and bodies;
- Work with owners/sponsors, project managers and teams to ensure integration, coordination, timing and consistency of project portfolio;
- On the individual Program level:Lead process of projects/sub-projects prioritization so it to meet the goals and objectives of program
- Ensure satisfactory liaison with internal customers at all levels
- Oversee selection and appointment of services and resources to the sub-projects
- Resolve resource conflicts
- Ensure that targeted Program Benefits are achieved;
- Implementation, management and continual refinement of the portfolio/project/program/process management methodology, guidelines and policies;
- Review and analyze all proposed projects (based on Project Documentation), help initiator to evaluate and prioritize them;
- Report on regular basis and/or on request to project owners/sponsors, top management and direct superior;
- Support process improvements and standardization across the organization using best practice techniques and methodologies and report on progress to relevant stakeholders and direct superior
- Other responsibilities and deliverables agreed within the Project, Portfolio and Process Management Department.

For the good start you will need:
- University degree
- Minimum Seven (7) years of experience in the PM area
- Formal PM certificate (PMP or similar) or Lean Six Sigma certificate is beneficial
- Skilled in strategic planning
- Skilled in the tools and techniques of project/program/portfolio management
- Excellent working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Excellent understanding of business and PM processe
