Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retention strategies to increase customer loyalty.
- Usage of CRM tools to create audience segments to target relevant cohorts with appropriate campaigns;
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights for improving customer retention.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience.
- Implement targeted campaigns to retain existing customers.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to customer retention.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the gambling industry (5+ years).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of developing successful retention strategies.
- Experience in managing teams and the ability to maintain a high level of motivation;
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards in the gambling sector.
