Distributor of world-leading brands in the eyewear (IZIPIZI) and thermal bottles (CHILLY’S) categories is seeking an experienced brand/sales manager to lead the activities of its new Serbian subsidiary in Belgrade.
About Us.
Točka Sna d.o.o. was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Zagreb. We are the exclusive distributor for 14 best-in-class brands in Albania, Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia (a full description of the company’s brands and regional distribution will be provided to candidates selected for interview). In order to better service our customers in Serbia we are opening a subsidiary in Belgrade.
The Job.
We are seeking an experienced head of sales/brand manager to lead our new Belgrade office and drive the development of Izipizi and Chilli’s by taking over and expanding our distribution network of retailers throughout Serbia. Reporting to the Regional Brand Manager in Zagreb, the brand manager will:
- Establish strong relationships with the existing network of Izipizi retailers in Serbia and work with them to improve sales and merchandising, and sell Chilly’s to these customers;
- Identify and sell to new customers for Izipizi and Chilly’s;
- Work with the company’s PR and social media marketing firms to implement brand building events and campaigns;
- Supervise one or more junior brand managers;
- Supervise the activities of the administration and logistics assistant; and,
- Carry out other tasks as may be necessary from time to time.
The Person.
The person we are looking for will have not less than [2] years’ experience working in wholesale to retailers and an existing network of retail contacts. Experience in selling similar products to Izipizi and Chilly’s is particularly desirable for us. The person should:
- Have a dynamic sales personality and a strong desire to work in a high-growth environment;
- Be a self-starter able to work without supervision, but happy to be part of a team;
- Have at least a BA degree;
- Have a good command of English and be fluent in Serbian;
- Know how to use standard Office applications;
- Have a driver’s license.
