The management company Pokret Park and Moxy Belgrade hotel are seeking a talented individual to join our team as Head of Sales.

As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence for current and future properties. 

You will lead a passionate team of sales and marketing professionals, developing strategies to attract corporate clients, group bookings, and individual travelers. 

With your innovative approach and keen understanding of market trends, you will maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining Moxy's unique brand identity.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
• Play a key role in collaborating with the management team and the Revenue Manager to create the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimizing financial performance. 
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
• Deeply understanding each team member's strengths, areas for growth, and career aspirations thus further develop their skills and potential.
• Analyze market trends, competitors' activities and conduct research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency. 
• Responsible for the execution and coordination of the hotel’s marketing strategies and activations, while working closely with internal and external teams to oversee and create marketing initiatives and communications.
• Liaise with our Crew to maximize revenue, showcasing your thoughtful, spirited and fun vision.
• Act as a Moxy ambassador, embodying and promoting the Moxy brand’s values, while consistently upholding Marriott's philosophy and standards of professionalism.

Key leadership skills required:

Qualification:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar upscale or lifestyle hotel environment.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
• Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation.
• University Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian and English
• Highly organized, responsible and communicative
