Relio is a Swiss Fintech company with offices both in Zurich and Belgrade. Our innovative startup is challenging the Swiss financial industry with the launch of a fully digital account for business customers. The offering is built around a proprietary compliance technology that enables Relio to serve even the most demanding customer segments. As Head of Sales, you will be in the driver's seat, bringing this new service to businesses in Switzerland and abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Conferences & Industry Events: Attend and contribute to relevant domestic and international industry events to expand Relio’s market presence. Represent Relio as a thought leader and speaker, ensuring strategic visibility and networking opportunities.
- LinkedIn Outreach & Social Selling: Lead LinkedIn outreach and social selling efforts to generate leads, engage decision-makers, and enhance Relio’s online presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to organize webinars and create content that supports sales strategies.
- Key Accounts Leadership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Serve as the primary contact for key clients, leading negotiations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Commercial Strategy & Pricing: Negotiate deals with key accounts and implement commercial strategies, including pricing models that align with market conditions and business objectives. Work with the marketing team to ensure pricing maximizes profitability while remaining competitive.
- Sales Funnel KPIs: Focus on driving funnel KPIs to convert leads into sales and meet revenue targets. Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline, fostering a sales culture across departments.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Reporting: Oversee CRM tool usage to manage sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis. Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the executive team.
- Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive business growth, including collaborations with introducers, fintech platforms, and financial institutions. Negotiate agreements aligned with Relio’s business goals.
Requirements:
- Charismatic and Outgoing Personality: Must possess exceptional social skills and the ability to represent Relio as a leading innovator in the fintech space.
- Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge in banking, payments, fintech, or a related field, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in sales within a fintech company or financial institution, ideally with an established network of relevant clients and partners.
- Negotiation and Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, along with a strong track record of managing and building long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Educational Background: A university degree in banking, finance, or a related field; equivalent work experience in the industry will also be considered.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel regularly to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events.
