Globalkom is a leading global brand providing exceptional customer support for diverse clients in the U.S. For our new client, we are seeking a Healthcare Scheduling Specialist to be a part of the team and support our client in managing their internal back-office operations. In this fast-paced and rewarding environment, your skills will make a meaningful impact by coordinating appointments and streamlining processes.
Position Overview
- Act as a support system for daily operations, focusing on calling for missing reports and prescriptions where delays have occurred
- Consistently follow up with doctor’s offices, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to gather missing information
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by fostering trust and exceeding expectations
- Promptly respond to client inquiries, providing solutions with a positive and professional approach
- As you gain experience, take on scheduling responsibilities as part of the patient services process
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up persistently and professionally
- Proficient in written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
- Empathetic individuals with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our systems and processes
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
