AOS is a high-performance Belgrade-based operations team performing new and existing home service client sales and scheduling. We are searching for growth seeking individuals to join our Client Success Team. The High-Impact Client Success Agent Client is responsible for the delivery of high-volume appointment scheduling and sales support for our US-based field inspectors and route managers.
The successful candidate will promote the growth and ensure standards are maintained. This position receives a monthly salary and bonus based on performance. We are looking for an individual who enjoys delivering great Customer Service and ultimately home health solutions to our clients!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Field inbound and use outbound calls and messaging to schedule appointments.
Foster exceptional client outcomes.
Perform scheduling and service delivery-related functions.
Promote client retention and business growth.
Monitor and support real-time job completion and support sales opportunities.
Promote service enhancements and company growth initiatives.
Skills Required:
Excellent English (US) written, spoken, and comprehension skills
Ability to understand client requirements and proceed with empathy and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team-oriented environment
Great sense of empathy and operational efficiency
Experience in field service operations and/or client sales/success environments
