We are multinational organization in Novi Sad which support customers in white good industry all around Europe and Australia. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. Global/ international experience is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs focused on developing soft skills. Your major participants will be young leaders and CC agents which work in Contact Centers for technical support and other support departments. You will be able to use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide comprehensive training and coaching.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs: Design and deliver soft skill training programs tailored to the needs of customer care professionals. Topics may include communication skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, negotiation and hard conversations.
  • Incorporate relevant examples-specific content: Integrate examples from the practice, case studies, and exercises into training materials to ensure relevance and practicality for participants in the technical support.
  • Assess training needs for the leaders and support staff: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify skill gaps and training needs within Contact Center development teams or organizations.
  • Customize training solutions: Adapt training programs to meet the specific requirements of different Customer Care teams, taking into account their roles, experience levels, and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars: Conduct interactive workshops, seminars, and group activities to engage participants and facilitate the learning process.
  • Provide individual coaching: Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to the leaders, addressing their specific development needs and helping them enhance their soft skills.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with Customer Care Management , HR department, and other stakeholders to understand their training requirements and align training initiatives with organizational objectives.

Skills required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Proven experience as a soft skill trainer or in a similar role, preferably within the Customer Care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Demonstrated ability to customize training programs to meet specific needs.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using training tools, software, and learning management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Language skills as a minimum B2 level: Serbian and English
