For our business unit Adecco Serbia, a leading provider of HR solutions, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager (m/f) for the Serbia and Montenegro region, to join our team and elevate its performance to the next level.
Job Location: Belgrade, Serbia (with monthly travel to Montenegro)
Job Description:
- Implementation and monitoring of local and global HR initiatives, including talent management, employee development, annual appraisals, and salary reviews.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Active participation in international HR projects and collaboration with global teams.
- Coordination of all HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, talent identification and development, mentoring, training, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Maintaining strong interpersonal relationships and a regular presence across regional business units.
- Keeping accurate HR records and preparing regular HR reports.
- Collaborating with internal teams and key partners to develop effective HR strategies.
Requirements:
- University degree in social sciences, economics, or a related field (minimum Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of labor and legal-economic regulations in Serbia and Montenegro.
- Experience and expertise in HR policies, with a focus on recruitment and selection.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region (outside Belgrade).
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively manage crisis situations and make quick, well-thought-out decisions.
- Strong leadership capabilities – decision-making, delegation, motivation, and persuasiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Navision software is an asset.
- Knowledge in human resources management and development, as well as the use of digital tools and social media in an HR context.
- Valid Category B driver’s license and active driving experience.
