This role will be pivotal in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant benefits regulations and policies. 

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers and employees.
  • Track and report on performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Attention to details.
  • Problem solver.
