Position: Human Resources Specialist/Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Regional Delivery Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EOR (Employer of Record) service delivery within the region.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and overall client satisfaction in the designated country.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the liaison between employees, suppliers, and subsidiaries based on regional requirements.
- Manage and coordinate service delivery for key clients, ensuring smooth operations between employees and external partners.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
- Oversee and verify attendance records, financial settlements, and reconciliation processes related to suppliers.
- Ensure accuracy in payroll processing, reimbursements, and social security payments to maintain compliance and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance & HR Expertise:
- Maintain a strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws in the relevant countries.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to HR-related challenges while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Employee Support & Client Collaboration:
- Act as the primary contact for employee-related matters, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and employees.
- Work closely with key clients to address employee concerns, coordinate service delivery, and resolve issues efficiently.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in employee relations, with a strong understanding of national and local labor regulations and employment policies.
- Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Payroll experience is a plus.
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in either French, German, Spanish or Polish (C1).
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
- Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- High level of service awareness and adaptability in dynamic environments.
