Our Client is a European company in business of production and implementation of molds from polyurethane for automotive wire industry. Due to the management strategic intentions to open an affiliate company in Leskovac and develop their Serbian market operations, we are searching for a devoted and proactive candidate for the position of:

Job description:

The main and most important role of Head of Operations is to set up operations in Leskovac and later manage a small team of employees (around 35) in everyday business plans. This person would also be a point of contact with the HQ top management and local business partners and customers.

Responsibility:

• Managing all local operations and delivering on the set plans
• Managing direct and indirect employees who are associated to the business operations
• Guarantee the delivery of products to final customer according to set plans and forecasts
• Guarantee the level of quality, respecting agreed deadlines, compliance with the company standards
• Interface relations with customers and business partners
• Interface relations and reporting towards HQ top management

Requirements:

• Technical background mandatory (Preferably university degree – Mechanical engineer) or qualified by significant work experience high school technician
• 4-5 years of relevant experience within wire harness field (preferably automotive)
• Team leading experience
• Advantage is experience with polyurethane materials
• English language active usage (Mid-Advanced knowledge)
• Regular user of MS Office

• Ability to deliver on the set assignments independently and proactively
• People leadership skills
