IBP Specialist

Job Purpose:

As an IBP Specialist, you will play a critical role in the integration and alignment of all business planning functions across Sales, Supply Chain, and Production. You will ensure the efficient flow of materials, accurate demand forecasts, and timely actions within the Sales & Operations Planning process, contributing to overall operational excellence and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring smooth coordination between Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning teams.
• Oversee material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure optimal stock levels and availability, aligning with production and sales plans.
• Analyze data from multiple sources, including historical sales, market trends, and promotional activities, to improve forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle, including meetings, reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Continuously improve data quality and visibility within the planning process, proposing and implementing process enhancements.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP coordination, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP and forecasting tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
