ICS and Processes Expert

In a nutshell 

We are looking for an ICS and Process Expert who will support us to review relevant SOX controls, policies, and procedures per the official and company standards. Moreover, you will validate remediation activities and projects in place to address regulatory gaps and to minimize the company’s deficiencies. In addition, you will be responsible for the central documentation of finance processes and to start and monitor harmonization projects.

Your new job

• You help all EuroTeleSites Companies to set up the SOX ICS Framework and Standards, including the methodology.
• You coordinate management testing across EuroTeleSites Group.
• You support assessing open deficiencies, tracking deficiencies, and reporting deficiencies to the majority shareholder.
• You contribute to the execution of all PLC controls for Processes outside the scope of CDC for all EuroTeleSites companies.
• You participate in the management assessment and support to explain deficiencies and remediation possibilities.
• You support preparing presentations of internal findings.
• You analyse current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps.
• You lead and facilitate process improvement and automatization initiatives.
• You define KPIs and performance metrics for business processes and setup a respective monitoring.
• You organize best practice sharing between all EuroTeleSites Companies.

What you offer

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics. MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a SOX ICS background.
• Any additional certifications & licenses will be considered beneficial for the job.
• Full proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Data analysis skills and the ability to propose straightforward solutions.
• High-level communication skills to drive improvement and enhancement of company standards.

What we offer 

The international, decentralized EuroTeleSites team is located across the EuroTeleSites footprint in Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, and North Macedonia therefore, we are offering this position to qualified applicants from these countries. Your office location is at the premises of the EuroTeleSites team in Belgrade.

The position reports to the EuroTeleSites SOX ICS & Processes Lead in the EuroTeleSites Group Finance.
