MG Group is hiring on behalf of one of our clients! We are currently looking for an ICT Sales Manager .
Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience, or a formal qualification in information technology, business management, or another related field.
- Compiling lists of prospective client businesses, identifying and developing new businesses through networking, industry events, and follow-up courtesy calls.
- Use technical and product knowledge to advise and guide customers in purchases and to support them in after-sales care.
- Assessing customer’s needs and explaining services and goods which meet their needs.
- Acquiring and updating knowledge of employer’s and competitor’s goods and services, and market conditions.
- Visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish selling opportunities.
- Promoting employer’s ICT services to existing and prospective clients.
- Quoting and negotiating prices and terms.
- Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment, and the provision of services in cooperation with relevant departments.
- Reporting to sales management and the marketability of ICT goods and services.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT services purchased, arranging modifications, and resolving any arising problems.
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
- Preparing sales reports.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales.
- 4 years of experience in sales in the ICT industry with a focus on business solutions.
- Experience in selling Cloud, Managed services, and Cyber Security solutions will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of the market, with a focus on large projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven career sales results.
- Independence and initiation to work with a focus on results.
- English language- writing and speaking.
- Driving license.
