IP Content Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an IP Content Marketing Manager to join our Belgrade office.

Responsibilities:

• Running the monthly CWB newsletter with the most important recent intellectual property developments across the regions in which the firm operates – Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Central Asia
• Running other internal and external newsletters and announcements
• Communication with the press to promote the republishing of our news on other IP portals
• Researching and evaluating advertising and IP article opportunities and assigning, creating and editing the content
• Preparing and overseeing the preparation of legal rankings submissions
• Preparing and overseeing the preparation of web bios and preparing and editing other website content
• Overseeing and quality control of marketing team members’ content-related tasks such as social media posts, ppt presentations, webinar-related content, business cards, templates, visuals and other marketing materials
• Acquiring professional, flawless writing and editing skills, editing various content for accuracy and clarity, making sure the content is concise and precise
• Acquiring excellent knowledge of IP-related terminology, concepts, processes 
• Researching SEO best practices
• Analyzing competitors’ content-related activities
• Reporting results for content marketing initiatives

Skills & Requirements:

• College degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or related area
• Native level of oral and written proficiency of English, ability to write and communicate flawlessly with audiences inside and outside the firm
• Experience in jobs with English as the official working language
• Significant experience with writing, editing, proofreading, research, marketing
• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Office, web content management systems, email campaign systems, etc. 
• Basic graphic design skills, including InDesign and Photoshop desirable
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, hardworking, efficient, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
