About the Opportunity:
The aim of this position is to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the IP network of assigned clients, integration and migration of telecommunication network system, post-sales project implementation and technical support for telecommunication network equipment such as on-site survey, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Implement IP network solutions in lab or customer network, including on-site survey, installation, commissioning, Integration, acceptance test and migration;
- Prepare and follow up the technical implementation plan;
- Coordinate with customer and partners;
- Provide technical support on Fault restoration, Software upgrade, NE Expansion, NE Migration,etc;
- Keep close contact with R&D to handle and track customer complaint, request and problem till closure;
- Ensure the SLA of service tickets and customer satisfaction;
- Reporting as customer requirement and ZTE management requirement;
- Provide the official documentation to facilitate deployment, integration and configuration of the platform elements;
- Manage Products Technical Documents and Software Release;
- Provide technical guidance, consultancy, support, training and problem resolution to customers/partners;
- Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliveries in customer projects;
- Provide technical support to sales team. e.g. new business notice, RFQ support, technical presentation and clarification;
- Cooperate with customer and keep relationship with customer.
Requirements:
- Good IP network knowledge, including but not limited MPLS, SR, L3/L2vpn etc.;
- Good communication with customers, organize meeting ability, deep analyze customer requirements;
- IPBB/Metro-E network Design/Planning/Building/Troubleshooting experience CCIE/HCIE certification preferred;
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or other technical related majors;
- Native Serbia speaker and have a good command of English.
