NIDEC ELESYS EUROPE in Novi Sad will produce inverters and other electronic control systems for electric and hybrid vehicles.

For our manufacturing site based in Novi Sad, Serbia we are looking for an

IT Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plans, coordinates, and provides support of local IT services (user support, data center, network, telecommunications, and applications),
• Manages plant IT infrastructure and ensuring the proper working condition of all IT assets and compliance with global standards,
• Participates in the construction of IT infrastructure and IT services for Nidec Elesys Europe in cooperation with Nidec Global IT Team,
• Participates in review and further development of IT services about future business requirements, cost perspective and an appropriate innovation orientation,
• Manges user tickets using ITSM tool, record IT incidents and service request and implement appropriate solutions in coordination with Company knowledgebase, standards, and Global IT guidelines,
• Implements of the Global IT systems, solutions, and standards to a local site,
• Participates in Global IT projects and coordinates preparation and roll-out activities at the plant level,
• Implements of IT related projects,
• End user support (Level 1 and 2) for applications and administration of IT systems,
• Operation and maintenance of local IT infrastructure in coordination with and support of Global IT,
• Training and development of end users,
• Creates Standard Operating Procedure, Work instructions and other documentation,
• Manages with Local contract and license management,
• Provides IT security and IT governance processes such as SOX,
• Implements and manages IT Security.

Specific Items:

1. Related Network

• Consistency and implementation for Corporate Network installation,
• Planning, scheduling, and configuring network devices online,
• Company network operation and maintenance,
• Maintaining with related Network such as router, mail system, Firewall,
• Root cause analysis and problem resolution in case of Network issue,
• Settings and installation of new computers.

2. Related Server

• Developing, configuring, and maintaining a physical and virtual server environment,
• IP address management for Server, office, and manufacturing equipment,
• Escalates and actively communicates issues with local and global vendors following defined SLA,
• Maintains server environment throughout the system lifecycle,
• Recognizes and performs Network and storage capacity increase in case of needed.

3. Related End User Services

• Coordination with the Nidec Global team on local support services,
• Configuration of new workstations,
• License management,
• Manages End user Server requests (File Serve, cloud solutions),
• Manages End user related network devices (firewall, switch, VPN and other),
• Maintaining SLA target in ITSM System,
• End user management, including:
  • user account management for new hire and leaving employees (AD)
  • security management (Endpoint protection, antivirus software)
  • IT asset management,
  • IT system back-up.

4. Related Database

• Maintenance of MES, SAP, SQL, and other database vital data,
• Server back-up management.

5. Related Security

• Security system preventive and corrective maintenance,
• Cyber security management.

Qualifications:

• University degree (MSc / BSc) in the field of Information Technologies, Electrical Engineering, or related occupation,
• Well-founded experience and knowledge in the areas of IT management, IT operations, IT support and experience in the successful handling of projects,
• Experience in the field of Smart factory / MES and Greenfield projects is an advantage,
• Knowledge of IT security framework, standards, and models, preferably ITIL V3
• Experience in IT security management,
• Good verbal and written English language skills,
• Strong customer and service orientation,
• Leadership competence and experience in the cooperation of cross-functional teams,
• Result and process-oriented working methods.
