SkyEdu is part of an international group with established business that involves consulting and outsourcing services. While we value hard work and dedication, sharing new ideas, having fun and spending quality time together is what makes us stand out. Currently we are looking for reinforcement for our IT department.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring new computer hardware, software, operating systems (Linux and Windows), networks, printers and scanners;
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks already in use;
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone);
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Energetic and easy going personality
  • Problem – solving skills
  • Ability to stick to deadlines
  • A keen eye to details
