JOB DESCRIPTION
The IT Administrator at TeleSol Group plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive office support for both hardware and software utilized by our employees. Responsibilities include overseeing the administration and configuration of Windows 10/11 Pro OS, Microsoft 365, and internal company applications. The IT Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for employees seeking IT assistance through email, phone, or in-person interactions, providing timely and effective solutions. Additionally, they conduct basic training for end-users when necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Installing, administering, and configuring Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft 365, and internal company applications
- Providing first-line support for IT assistance via email, phone, or in-person
- Conducting remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Handling hardware, software, networking, and connection issues
- Following standard help desk procedures and maintaining detailed records
- Updating users and managers on resolution status and informing management of recurring problems
- Advising users on appropriate actions and redirecting problems to the correct resources
- Staying current with system information, changes, and updates
- Administering and tracking IT assets
- Installing and maintaining hardware and laptop/PC peripherals
- Assisting in building and installing new employees' work environments
- Providing advice on software or hardware upgrades
- Gathering employee satisfaction ratings through ticket surveys
- Offering basic training in computer operation and management
- Updating the knowledge base with newly diagnosed problems
- Proactively identifying and communicating potential improvements to management
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement security measures and perform routine backups
- Responding to occasional client tickets and supporting the IT Manager when attending client sites
- Completing job reports and procuring equipment, ordering supplies, and other related tasks
Desired Experience:
- Experience in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring
- Preferable background in Exchange 2016/2019, Active Directory Design, implementation, and administration
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software, Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Comprehensive Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Teams administration and configuration
- Knowledge of computer OS/peripherals troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, and printer support
- Familiarity with standard operating environments (SOE) and group policies
- Customer service and people skills, with field experience supporting various technologies and services
- Advanced technical abilities and solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively, even in high-pressure situations
- Valid driving license (B category)

IT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Preferable Knowledge of:
- Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
- Microsoft 365 applications
- PC/Laptop hardware, peripherals, including printers
- Mobile devices
Basic knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
