Coficab is looking for: IT Coordinator/ Junior Engineer

Job Purpose

Providing service desk and IT & service operations management including daily operational activities and physical IT environment management to meet department objectives and corporate strategy.

Your responsibilities would be to:

• Administration of user accounts and permissions (Active Directory)
• Providing first-level support for all IT-related topics for the factory and escalating to higher levels when necessary
• Setting up and maintaining computer equipment and peripheral devices
• Administration and maintenance of user workstations (desktops, laptops)
• Troubleshooting computer and network issues
• Regularly learning about, monitoring, and adhering to all current and relevant internal procedures and general employer regulations
• Performing all other job-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Technical Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 years)
• Demonstrated experience as an IT coordinator or in a similar role
• Advanced understanding Windows OS
• Advanced understanding of Active Directory service
• Advanced understanding of IT systems
• Good understanding of Server/LAN infrastructure
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to help and provide support to other users
• Pay great attention to details, specifically seemingly small and insignificant ones
• Effective organizer with the ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Fluent in English
