Job description:

1. Provide technical support services for IT projects to customers. As a technical engineer, take charge of end-to-end delivery of IT projects to ensure the achievement of project objectives and customer satisfaction.
2. Provide technical assurance for onsite delivery of IT products and solutions projects, identify and resolve delivery risks/problems, undertake key project responsibilities, and support smooth delivery during the ramp-up period.

Service skill requirements:

1. Strong analysis and problem solving capabilities；
2. Good demonstration and communication skills and strong service awareness.

Professional knowledge requirements:

1. Have at least two years of experience in IT infrastructure software development, testing, engineering delivery, or maintenance.
2. Be familiar with one or more of the following IT product technologies and related solutions, such as operating systems, databases, networks, security, storage, servers, cloud computing, big data, and PaaS.
3. Have a certain understanding of the technology development trend of cloud computing, servers, big data, or AI.
