IT Help Desk Agent

Responsibilities:
- Provide First-Level support for office which includes solving issues with software and hardware;
- Escalate cases to appropriate teams when necessary;
- Maintain incident tracking system throughout the resolution of incidents;
- Ensure prequalification of all support tickets and resolution of minor bugs;
- Maintenance of VoIP system and monitoring of PBX;
- Follow all Information and Communications Technology policies;
- Procedures and security best practices;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Fluent English;
- Proven working experience in IT helpdesk or relevant experience (System Administrator or related positions);
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware/software systems;
- Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology including VoIP;
- Strong problem solving and communication skills required;
