We are looking for someone with experience in IT Recruiting who is enthusiastic, passionate, and committed to the craft of IT Recruiting. The ideal candidate has experience in the field of Information Technology and understand the different types of technology roles and positions common in the IT industry. This individual would also understand IT Recruiting best practices through social media platforms like Linked In and has prior experience with reading, validating, and filtering resumes and candidates for specific IT positions. This person should be personable, enjoys working with people, and has great verbal and written communication skills in English as well as Serbian.
The IT Recruiter Position will have the following responsibilities:
- Read, filter, and identify resumes/candidates through Job Posts and Job Boards for technology positions and roles
- Able to create and define Job Descriptions for various positions
- Work with an existing database of candidates to perform cold calling and emailing for candidates in order to identify potential leads/interested candidates
- Utilize social networking platforms like Linked In to identify candidates and potential employees
- Work on various administrative and office duties related to the hiring and recruiting process
The ideal candidate should have most of the following skills:
- Self-organizing, efficient, and able to work in a self-guided manner to produce reportable and repeatable results
- Have a very good understanding of office technologies like Microsoft Office 365, online recruiting platforms, CRM systems, among others.
- Understanding of IT Recruiting best practices for both proactive and reactive scenarios
- Excellent ability to write, update, and create job descriptions, company portfolios, among other written documents
- Great people skills and can work with various different types of candidates as well as executive leadership
- Cold calling and phone screening skills and experience
- Understanding of IT technologies and able to identify/filter candidates from resumes
- Desire and ability to learn new concepts, processes, and technologies related to IT Recruiting
- Excellent Verbal and written English Communication Skills
