Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the most suitable search strategy for potential candidates
- Source and headhunt engineers from the IT sector
- Prescreen, interview and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirements
- Take part in client account management - provide regular interactions with present and future clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good understanding of the recruitment process
- Self-initiative with strong will when it comes to self-education and self-development
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Very good English skills
It would be great if you have:
- Previous experience in recruiter role
- An understanding of the IT industry
