Our client is Japan Tobacco International, who specialize in tobacco manufacturing. They’ve spent the last 20 years innovating, creating new and better products for their consumers to choose from. They’ve grown to be present in 130 countries. Due to expansion of their team in Belgrade, Adecco is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join their team on position of: IT Services Solutions Analyst

Required qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office, Networking and Telephony systems
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks and projects efficiently
  • Patience is essential when working with inexperienced customers
  • Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines
  • Good written and verbal English communication 
  • Degree in computer science or information technology is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software (Laptop & Desktop), mobile device (e.g. iPhone, Android), accessory support.
  • Troubleshoot/Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults with local network and telephony system
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary hardware via service center
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications and technical projects across 8 countries
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation (i.e inventory management)
  • Daily registration of user’s requests/incidents in IT ticketing system
  • Providing assistance to IT Lead related to procurement task (i.e. acquiring new computer equipment and similar)
