Founded in 2013, Globalkom is an outsourcing company that, together with our globally recognized brand LimoLabs, supports clients in the luxury ground transportation industry. We take pride in providing high-quality staffing solutions with a personalized, attentive approach.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain company devices, systems, and applications
  • Manage incoming and outgoing equipment shipments, including tracking and documentation
  • Receive, inspect, and log equipment deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records using Excel (tracking, lists, and logs)
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address IT incidents and disruptions
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and security protocols
  • Create and maintain the software catalog and related IT documentation
  • Regularly update the tech inventory to reflect issued and returned equipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize IT processes and overall efficiency

Work Hours & Location

  • Work from the office
  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and office productivity tools
  • Bonus: knowledge of networking, security, or system administration
  • Clear communication and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with Excel for inventory management and tracking
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
