Key responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring and updating computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and another equipment
- Responds to problems on equipment and applications and assists in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Setting up accounts for new users and participate in identity management and access rights management process
- Actively participate in ensuring business continuity of the Bank, through the monitoring of IT systems and services
- Participates in the incident management process
- Participates in IT client equipment procurement planning
- Cooperate with other parts of the organization when it comes to cross-functional business processes
- Operational management of the development and implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure the information in IS
- Creating and filling the knowledge database and operational manuals with solution descriptions of solved incidents and problems
- Responsible for creating and keeping up to date IT operations documentation
- Compiles and executes all operational and administrative reporting to line management
- Additional responsibilities related to IT Operations
For the good start you will need:
- Knowledge of IT systems, IT equipment and tools
- At least 1 year experience in IT
- Relevant education in IT field
- Fluency in English
