Sarantis Serbia is seeking to recruit for the IT Department a candidate on the position:

IT System Administrator

Belgrade

Key Accountabilities:

• Installing and configuring software and hardware.
• Setting up user accounts and workstations.
• Monitoring performance and maintaining systems according to requirements.
• Ensuring IT security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Upgrading systems with new software and hardware versions.
• Training users on new technologies.
• Creating documentation, manuals, and user guides.
• Handling database administration and maintenance tasks.
• Providing remote support to users in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia.

Candidate profile:

• IV degree of professional qualification in computer science.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft windows environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar or related positions.
• Intermediate level of English language proficiency.
• Intermediate level of MS Office package knowledge.
• Drivers license
