Immigration Consultant
Be the go-to expert for immigration services in Serbia.
As an Immigration Consultant, you’ll provide concise immigration advice, manage processes from start to
finish, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive on problem-solving,
and fluent in both English and Serbian, we want you on our team! A minimum of two years of experience
in immigration or relocation services is advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in Serbian immigration laws and practices, and report new requirements to relevant parties
- Client Communication and service: Provide clear and accurate immigration
- Process Management: Verify initial inquiries, conduct a thorough case assessment, outline the complete procedure with clear timelines, provide guidance, and manage the immigration process from A to Z
- Work in office and be ready to accompany clients to immigration officers in Belgrade and other Serbia locations
Skills & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: English (verbal and written; professional use)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, self-starter, and proactive
- Ability to work effectively with diverse clients, vendors, and teams in the international environment.
