INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AGENT
The Incident management agent provides customers with a single point of accountability and contact for operational and management concerns within the ATM network. The objective of an ATM incident call agent is to provide quality support with a high degree of customer service and timeliness.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Act as single point of contact for Financial Customers with Incident Management Services
- Take ownership of service requests from customers and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of the problem
- Monitor ATM networks
- Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems of moderate nature to maximize user productivity
- Escalate both internally and externally, when required, according to defined escalation paths
- Resolve and respond to questions received via telephone calls, e-mail in a timely manner in accordance with current standards
Candidate profile and qualifications:
- Knowledge of English language
- The ideal candidate will have a technical /Analytical background with one to two year experience in a related work environment.
- The candidate will have an aptitude for providing positive customer service, good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Basic PC desktop experience and telephone/customer service skills recommended.
- Negotiation skills preferred
- Ready to work 24/7
